Surface : To maintain the aesthetic appearance of stainless steel equipment, make sure to use a non-acidic and solvent-free product, otherwise rust will appear regardless of the type of stainless steel.
When the surface is chemically attacked with mixtures of cleaning products, bleach, salt water for example, or when the cleaning product contains an acidic agent in its composition, rust appears prematurely.
